Speeches

Speeches... In week 4 or 5 we did our academy speeches. We didn't do the Finals until the week after. Well I didn't make it into the academy finals or the Finals but it was still really awesome to hear all the wonderful speeches that other people wrote about. Well on Monday we did the academy finals for speeches and that carried on to Tuesday morning. Then the teachers decided which people were the best for speeches and then they went into the finals. The Finals were held at Selwyn Hall the following Monday. The year 7's and year 8's did there parts separately so the year 7's went in the morning and the year 8's went after interval. Here are the placing's for the year 7's: 1st: Keri Marie 2nd: Nikki 3rd: Bayley and Geetanjali. Here's the placing's for the year 8's: 1st: Lewis 2nd: Eleanor 3rd: Nina. Most of them are in the ACCELARATE ACADEMY!!! Woah the teachers in the Accelarate academy would have been happy.
